Well-known artist and calligrapher joins the White Door Brocante
We are pleased to say that Gabrielle Izen will be joining us on the 21st of September. Gabrielle is an artist who creates illustration and modern calligraphy by hand with old dip pens, Indian inks, watercolours and crayons.
Brocante defined
Brocantes are a familiar sight across the French countryside. The word 'brocante' comes from the Dutch "brok" meaning a piece or fragment. It is fitting because collectors can find a little piece of this and a little piece of that to repurpose or to use as intended.
